One of the greatest defenders in Gaelic Football, Meath’s Martin O’Connell was the only modern day back to be named on the Team of the Millennium. One of Seán Boylan’s tough team of warriors that won two All Irelands in 1987 and 1988, O’Connell topped off an incredible career with a third All Ireland and a Player of the Year award in 1996. Also features interviews with Sean Boylan, Niall Cahalane, Mick Mellet and Jarlath Burns.

Winning two All Ireland medals and four All Stars he will be remembered as a defensive giant who was very rarely bettered by his opponent. The last man standing for the Dublin footballers during their golden era in the 1970s Paddy Cullen won three All Irelands and four All Stars and went onto manage Dublin in the early 90s. Paddy takes an enjoyable look back at a storied career including his memories of the infamous Mikey Sheehy lobbed goal in 1978. Also features contributions from Brian Mullins, Mick O’Dwyer and Ogie Moran.
