Irial Mac Murchú, is Nemeton’s owner and CEO. Coming from a background in journalism, Irial started in production in 1994 and went on to produce and direct several award-winning documentaries and sports programmes. He now runs the company he founded over 20 years ago and has built it into one of Ireland’s biggest TV production companies.

Maidhcí Ó Súilleabháin

Head of Content & Development

Maidhcí has been part of the Nemeton team for 15 years. He leads content production and development across the entire company’s TV output. Maidhcí is also Executive Director of Nemeton’s vast coverage of Ireland’s leading sports events – from Gaelic Games to rugby; from to horseracing to boxing. Maidhcí also leads the creative teams charged with developing new ideas for television.

Micheál O’Mahony

Financial Controller

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Micheál joined Nemeton as Financial Controller in May 2013. Prior to joining Nemeton, Micheál had gained over 10 years experience in diverse roles ranging from practice accountancy to senior roles within both industry and financial services.

Niamh Nic Ghiolla Chuda

Operations Manager

Niamh has been part of the Nemeton team since its infancy. Having worked in a variety of roles, she is now Operations Manager, responsible for the day to day running of the company. Knowing the business inside out and understanding the pressures of live TV production – she enjoys the unique challenges the job brings.

Susan Wallace

Executive Assistant

Susan joined Nemeton in 2011 after working for over 15 years in business development and sales. As Executive Assistant to the management team, Susan is responsible for with a wide variety of ‘behind-the-scenes’ tasks, that include managing the company website, organising meetings & agendas and liaising with our clients.

Tomás Mac Craith

Head of Technical Facilities

Tomás has been working with Nemeton since 1999. He has a passionate love of technology and sport, especially Gaelic games. His background in all aspects of outside broadcasting, satellite transmissions and the use of IT in broadcast environments come together as Head of Technical Facilities in an ever changing and evolving environment.
