Our highlight this week is a feature with Scottish Rugby Head of Academy Stephen Gemmell, who explains the reasons behind adapting the rules of rugby for a recent Under-19 Academy competition. You can listen to his expertise on the subject in this short clip and watch the full feature during the broadcast tonight.

We’re also covering the SPFL Premiership game between Hearts and Kilmarnock for BBC ALBA on Saturday 5th November at 18:00.

Our VT for this programme is an interview with Austin MacPhee. Approaching his 400th game in the dugout this season, MacPhee reflects on the successes of Northern Ireland at Euro 2016 and World Cup 2018 qualifying. The 38 year old discusses joining Hearts under Ian Cathro and working under new manager Craig Levein.
