St Mirren v Heart of Midlothian

Our attention this weekend is on the Scottish Premiership as St Mirren take on Heart of Midlothian at the Simple Digital Arena.

After a well-deserved point against Dundee before the international break, St Mirren will be aiming to maintain a foothold in the Premiership. Hearts on the other hand will be wanting to make up for the home loss against Kilmarnock and will be keen to keep up the pressure on Celtic by picking up the 3 points in Paisley.

In our extended feature interview at half-time, we hear from ex-St.Mirren goalkeeper Craig Samson who spoke to us shortly before he announced his retirement from playing to take up a coaching role at Sunderland under former Buddies manager Jack Ross. We’ve also been speaking to Heart of Midlothian striker Steven MacLean. He discusses his move to Tynecastle and his desire to be playing as much as possible for Craig Levein.
