SARAH BEANEY CUP FINAL on BBC ALBA

The showcase of the season in women’s domestic rugby, the Sarah Beaney Cup final, will be exclusively live on BBC ALBA for the first time this weekend, along with full match coverage of the Scottish Premiership as Dundee take on Hamilton Academical.

It’s Silver Saturday in the rugby world as Hillhead Jordanhill go up against Watsonians in the Sarah Beaney Cup final live from BT Murrayfield. Hillhead Jordanhill are the holders of the cup, but will face a tough challenge against a Watsonian side who are pushing to be the best women’s rugby club in Scotland.

Our Scottish Premiership feature match is Dundee against Hamilton Academical. Dundee are really struggling at the bottom of the table and if they have any hope of staying up, they will need to get the 3 point on Saturday. Meanwhile after St Mirren’s win last weekend, Hamilton are only 2 points above their relegation rivals and will aim to stay above them with a crucial win against the Dark Blues.
