Hibernian v Aberdeen

This weekend we’re turning our attentions to the Scottish Premiership. Hibernian welcome Aberdeen to Easter Road and we’ll be producing full coverage in our BBC ALBA featured match.

With the Scottish summer transfer window still open for another week speculation continues on potential comings and goings but we’ll be focusing on all the action on the pitch. As well as the match action, at half-time, we hear from former Aberdeen and Hibernian striker Steve Cowan about playing under Sir Alex Ferguson. He also tells us that current Hibs manager, Neil Lennon, is the closest thing in modern football to the former Aberdeen and Manchester United boss. We also hear from Aberdeen winger Gary Mackay-Steven on how he is enjoying life in the Granite City following a two year spell at Celtic.
