We’re producing three football broadcasts this weekend and early next week on BBC ALBA:

23/02/2018 SPFL Championship - Livingston v Dundee United, 19:25
24/02/2018 SPFL Premiership - Dundee v Motherwell, 18:00
27/02/2018 SPFL Premiership - Heart of Midlothian v Kilmarnock, 22:00

For tonight’s exclusively LIVE match coverage, the SPFL Championship clash between Livingston and Dundee United, we caught up with Livingston manager David Hopkin on how he changed the fortunes of the West Lothian club. From relegation in 2016, to now having managed over 100 games for the club, the former Scotland Internationalist hopes to continue their success story as they sit second in the Scottish Championship. We also spoke with Dundee United’s Barry Douglas, who reflects on a career that has seen him play football in Scotland, Poland, Turkey and England.

Tomorrow, Saturday 24th February, Dundee meets Motherwell in the SPFL Premiership. In our extended feature for this game, we interviewed Dundee’s Gavin Rae, who was recently inducted into the Dundee Football Club Hall of Fame. We also learn more about Motherwell’s Cédric Kipré, who started out his career in the Paris Saint-Germain Youth Academy alongside Moussa Dembele before moving to Leicester City. He was part of the squad when the Foxes won the Premier League in 2016 but decided to leave in search of first-team football. Cédric is now loving life in the Scottish Premiership with Motherwell and he has been joined in the country by his brother Steve who has recently signed for Clyde.

On Tuesday night, we head over to Edinburgh and the Hearts v Kilmarnock - SPFL Premiership game on the 27th February. Earlier this week, we met with ex-Kilmarnock mid-fielder Steven Naismith, who reflects on his time at the club and new challenge at Hearts. A great feature to look forward to!
