This Friday sees a historic moment in Ireland’s broadcasting landscape when An Rinn based company Nemeton launches Ireland’s first HD TV Studio.
The studio will open its door for broadcast on the 9th September with Nemeton’s Rugby World Cup coverage for TG4.
The studio which is based at Nemeton’s headquarters in An Rinn has undergone complete refitting and refurbishment, equipping it with the very latest television technology.
The last live production from the Nemeton Studios was the Health Show for RTE1, but this new delevopment opens the way for all national and international broadcasters to base their productions in An Rinn.
Nemeton TV’s Chief executive, Irial Mac Murchú, says “This is a hugely exciting project for us, there are many opportunities out there and we now have the facilities and the team in place to take on any project”.
The first broadcast from the studio takes place Friday next, 9th September on TG4 at 11.30 am.
Nemeton produces television and media content for television, business and the web. The company also has a satellite services division and a training dept.
